Krystyn LaBate, Ph.D.
President and CEO

Krystyn LaBate brings with her over 18 years of experience in the health care industry which includes work in mental health, addiction medicine, geriatrics, and emergency medicine. She is the current Chairperson for the Saratoga County Early Intervention Coordinating Council, as well as a member of several other community groups. She received her bachelor of arts in Psychology from Siena College, a master of arts in Community Psychology from Sage Colleges, and a doctorate of philosophy in Behavioral Medicine/Health Psychology from Walden University.

 

Carolyn Purnomo

Carolyn Purnomo is a licensed real estate agent at PEAK Residential Specialists in Delmar, New York. She has over 11 years experience in residential real estate, leasing and new home sales and has served as office manager for a high volume local real estate brokerage. With a Bachelor's degree in interior design and architecture, her career focus has always been in the housing industry. Carolyn has served as planning board member on the Upstate NY/VT chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's Taste of Compassion event since 2009 and as honorary co-chair of the Travers Wine Tasting event, benefiting Senior Services of Albany, since 2013.

 

Courtney Gelish

Courtney Gelish is owner of Unleashed Canine Care, LLC, providing fitness-inspired pet care and obedience training in Saratoga Springs, New York. Previously, she has worked for Zenith Media and Invisible Fence, building a career in advertising, buying and planning.  With a passion for animals, Courtney has volunteered with shelters and rescues for over a decade, currently serving as board secretary for the Rensselaer County Humane Society and as a committee member for the Saratoga Spa State Park. A graduate of Siena College, Courtney brings experience in fundraising, event planning, and marketing to the CMCD Foundation.

 

Elaine Houlihan

Elaine Houlihan currently works as a Legal Affairs Specialist for the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance in Albany, NY. Previously, she worked as an Examiner for the Albany County Department of Social Services. A graduate of Hudson Valley Community College, Elaine brings experience in human services, outreach, and patient advocacy.
